PURPOSE
The provider, who is responsible for the website, makes this document available to users with the aim of complying with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as informing all website users of the website's terms of use.
Anyone accessing this website assumes the role of a user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.
The provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give users advance notice or inform them of those obligations; publication on the provider's website is understood to be sufficient.
LIABILITY
The provider disclaims any liability arising from information published on its website whenever that information has been manipulated or entered by an unrelated third party.
The provider's website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to perform certain functions considered essential for the website to operate and display correctly. In all cases, the cookies used on the website are temporary, with the sole purpose of making subsequent transmission more efficient, and disappear when the user's session ends. Cookies will never be used to collect personal information.
The client's website may redirect to content on third-party websites. As the provider cannot always control the content added by third parties to their websites, it accepts no liability for that content. In any event, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to that website and notifying the competent authorities of the content in question.
The provider is not responsible for information and content stored in, by way of example but not limitation, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website. Nevertheless, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces and actively cooperates in removing or, where appropriate, blocking any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, morality or public order. If a user considers that the website contains any content that may fall into this category, they are asked to notify the website administrator immediately.
This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors or events of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The website, including, by way of example but not limitation, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as its designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the provider, or the provider holds a licence or express authorisation from the authors, as applicable. All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation and registered in the corresponding public registers.
Regardless of their intended purpose, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation always require the provider's prior written authorisation. Any use not previously authorised by the provider will be considered a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
Designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the provider and may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any possible dispute that may arise in relation to them. In all cases, the provider has their express prior authorisation.
The provider expressly DOES NOT AUTHORISE third parties to redirect directly to specific content on the website; in all cases, they must redirect to the provider's main website.
The provider acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights of their holders. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply that the provider has any rights over or responsibility for them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the provider.
Any comments regarding possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, or any of the website's content, may be submitted via the following email address.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Spanish legislation shall apply to the resolution of all disputes or issues relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, and the parties expressly submit to that legislation. The Courts and Tribunals of ELCHE shall have jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from or relating to its use.
Electronic signatures — a legal commitment
These electronic-signing terms apply to owners, tenants and guests using this website's contract-signing service, including holiday, winter, seasonal and long-term rental contracts. The rental contract identifies its parties; using the agency's signing service does not make the agency a landlord or tenant.
By signing electronically, you agree to this contract and intend to be legally bound, just as when signing it by hand. Do not sign unless you have read and understood the complete contract.
This service uses an account-linked electronic signature, not a qualified electronic signature. Its legal effect depends on applicable law; the automatic equivalence to a handwritten signature under eIDAS applies only to qualified electronic signatures.
Before applying a signature, each signer must give their own express consent. The system records the accepted notice and its version, the signer's account, the date and time, available device and IP information, and the fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of the exact contract. Electronic signatures may be used as evidence and cannot be rejected solely because they are electronic or not qualified. A copy of the contract can be downloaded and retained.
Prefer paper? You can download and print the contract, arrange for both parties to sign it by hand, and upload the signed PDF or return it to the office instead.
This notice does not waive mandatory consumer or tenancy rights, replace any legally required formalities, or guarantee a contract's validity or enforceability. It does not amend the rental terms or previously signed contracts. If you disagree or need clarification, do not sign; contact the agency first.
