Make some unique memories in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with some of the best panoramic views from Gran Alacant. From all rooms you can appreciate these striking beach and sea views, mountain scenes and city scapes of Alicante.
The property gets a cool sea breeze and lots of light. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathrooma nd balcony with pool and sea views. The complex has a large and small communal pool with sea views and gardens. There are many servcies and shops close.
The property is located in Urb. Gran Alacant, a gated community which has communal parking, tennis court, basketball court, gardens, a communal pool and superb sea views. There are also some services located within the community including a restaurant. There are many services located on the main road such as a local grocery shop, a weekly market, bus stop, bars, restauarants and cafes.
The property is located on the first floor and has access via stairs or a lift. The apartment, although it has traditional styling is in good condition and offer some of the best views of Alicante bay, from Calpe to Tabarca Island and also the communal pool area. Its a joy just to watch the landscape change during the day with the colours and shadows changing and the boats and people moving.
The ample lounge has a sofa, two armchairs, a small tabkle with two seats, a 40" modern TV and Wi-Fi internet, a dining table with corner bench and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven and hob, washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, enclosed balcony with pool and sea views.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and sea views.
The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and sea views.
The second bathroom has a shower and wc.
The communal pool has a large and small pool and gardens with sea views.
The beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales del Sol are just 2.5km. Just 5 minutes by car or there are buses and a tourist train available close by to take you. Walking can be a little far for some due to the hill.
The airport of Alicante is just 15 minutes drive away or by taxi.

Being one of the original urbanisations built here in the early eighties, the area took its name Gran Alacant from this community. The gated community comprises of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments in several blocks with most having attractive views over the communal gardens and swimming pools and some having sea views. There are two communal swimming pools, each with a childrens pool and also two tennis courts available. The proeprties have private and communal parking spaces.
The weekly market, sports centre and several bars, restaurants and other businesses are located very close by.
Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.
Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.

"The place is nice, confortable and good location; it had everything we need to enjoy our holidays. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the viewing is great! We had a couple setbacks but it had nothing to do with the hosts. Definitely Recommend!!!"
