This modern third floor apartment is offered for long term rental in a central location in Santa Pola town.
The proeprty has some excellent features including two bedrooms, a balcony with views, partial air conditioning, a lift, garage parking space, communal swimming pool and is just a short walk from Carrefour supermarket.
The gated community has beautiful communal gardens with grass, mature plants and a pond. A lovely area with benches to enjoy some sunshine. The communal swimming pool is large and has a childrens splash pool, showers and terrace. There is also a childrens playground area.
The property can be accessed by a lift and has some outstanding views of the salt lakes and mountains from the communal hallway. Upon entering the property, you will find a fully fitted separate kitchen with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, a washing machine as well as cooking equipment, plates and cutlery.
The lounge/diner has a sofa, television with TV stand, a dining table with four chairs, a sideboard, air conditioning and access to the private balcony. The balcony has an awning for shade, a small storage cupbaord, a small table with two chairs and enjoys some pleasant views towards the countryside.
The master bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath, two bedside tables and a triple wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (one is currently stored under the other), a bedside table and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower above, a wc and a basin.
The private parking space in the communal garage is a great place to store your car, keeping it cool and safe from the weather. It can be directly accesed via the lift fromt he apartment.
The complex is located less than 200m from a large Carrefour supermarket, a five minute walk to the bus station and less than 20 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches.
