2 Bedroom Holiday Home for Rent in Urb. La Marina
Looking for a small but comfortable holiday home near lots of amenities for this years break? This cosy house has all a couple of small family needs at a great price!
Located in a quiet street, the house gets plenty of all year sunshine on the front garden and raised terrace with its southwest orientation. The lower terrace has a sun bed, patio set and an awning for shade in the summer. The raised terrace has a small table and two chairs ideal for that morning coffee and snack, also with the benefit of an awning.
The bright and spacious living room has a comfy sofa, a dining area, air conditioning and a smart TV. Via the hallway there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a refitted bathroom with a walk-in shower, wc and basin. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and comes well equipped for cooking and includes a breakfast table with two stools, a fridge/freezer, double oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a washing machine.
From the kicthen, you access the second bedroom with a double bed, a clothes rack and a rear door to access a rear terrace. The rear terrace has a table and two chairs.
The are several parking spaces available to the rear of the property.
Within a short waling distance, 150m (2 minutes walk, there is the La Marina Sports Complex and bus stop. The complex offers an excelelnt public swimming pool with a childrens splash pool and slide, a bar/restaurant and sun loungers. From June to September the beach bus service operates from this bus stop.
*The property does not have a access to a swimming pool but the Sports complex swimming pool is very close and reasonably priced (around 7€ - 8€ per person for the day).
There are several commercial centres within a 10 minute walking distance that offer a wide selection of restauarants, cafes, bars, shops and services.
The marvelous beach of La Marina is just a 10 minute drive away where you can enjoy the natural sandy dunes and picturesque beaches for bathing. The summer smonths have several beach bars for snacks and refreshments and offer sun loungers.
