It is a semi-detached villa with accommodation on three floor which comprises of a driveway fro one car and garden with some fruit trees, a shaded front porch with a dining suite ideal to escape the summer heat, a kitchen with a utility room equipped with cooking equipement and a dishwasher; a dining room with two recliner chairs and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, another bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe and a shower/wc. From the hallway stairs lead up to the first floor with a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and wc, and there is also access to the roof top solarium with chairs and a sun lounger. From the lounge there is a stairwell that leads down to the lower level with a lounge with a kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and wc. There is a door that leads out to the garden.

There is air conditioning in the ground floor and first floor of the property, not in the basement which stays cooler due to the insulation of the walls.

The large communal swimming pool is shared with just a small community of houses and has direct access from the rear gate of the property. There is a childrens splash pool and the main pool and showers available.

The beautiful natural beach of La Marina is just 10 minutes by car (6km) or accessable by the summer beach bus service. Here you will find kilometres of preserved beaches with Meditteranean pines, sand dunes and beach bars.
