A 2 bedroom partially furnished townhouse makes the perfect home for a couple or small family. The property has a private garden with parking for one or two vehicles, a solarium for all day sunshine and access to a communal swimming pool.

Inside, the house has a L-shaped living room with a dining table and chairs, a dresser, two sofas and dual windows for plenty of light. The kicthen includes with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob. The open arch makes the kicthen a more social and airey space.

Also located on the ground floor is a wc with wash basin. Stairs lead up to the first floor.

The master bedroom has a space to put a double bed and includes built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a private balcony. The second bedroom has one single bed and a built-in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with a shower cubicle, a wc and a wash basin.

A second staircase will take you up to the roof top solarium for all day sunshine. Inside a a cabinet is located the washing machine.

When you want to cool off, the large communal swimming pool is just a minute walk away and open early until late. It has a large swimming pool, a childrens splash pool, showers and a large terrace with an awning. Ideal for all the family!

The fabulous beaches of La Marina, with golden sand and bordered by Mediterranean pine forrests are just a 10 minute drive away.
