The house comprises of a west facing sunny front terrace with a large table and chairs as well as a storage shed. Inside, there is a ample living room with fitted kitchen. The kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas hob and cupboards. There is plenty of space for putting your sofa and dining suite and any other furniture you wish to have. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and wc.

There is a new air conditioning unit in the living room which will cool and heat most of the property. There is also a ceiling fan in the lounge. There is a high speed internet point already installed ready for a new connection.

The property is a short 10 minute walk to a shopping centre with services.
