This beautiful traditional 3 bedroom south facing villa is the perfect place for you and your families holiday this year!
The property has a front terrace with table and seating for up to six guests, a large parasol, two sun beds and a fantastic private corner swimming pool. The space is very private and gets sunshine all day! It has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge and wi-fi internet.
Inside, you step into a lounge/diner with a glass table and six chairs, a sofa, two armchairs and a bank around the Smart TV area. The independent kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and is equipped with plates, glasses and cooking equipment. There is a rear door from the kitchen to access the garden.
Also located on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a built-in warddrobe and a bathroom with a shwoer and wc.
Stairs lead up to the first floor landing. The master bedroom has a double bed, a double built-in wardrobe and has a private balcony with table and two chairs. The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a private balcony with a table and two chairs. There is a second bathroom with a tub and shower above.
A second staircase takes you up to a large roof top solarium with mountain views and comes furnished with two sun loungers, four recliner chairs and a bench with cushions. A cupboards houses the washing machine.
Guests are also welcome to use the community swimming pool which is located in a gated road behind the property.
There is a great selection of shops, bars, cafes, restauarants and services, including a bus stop and beach bus service, located around 17 minutes walk. The stunning beaches of La Marina are just a 12 minute drive away.
