The property comprises of a private front terrace with artificial grass and two sun beds. Stairs lead to the covered porch with a wooden dining set and barbecue. Inside, there is a ample living room with a extendable comfortable sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, a dining suite and a pellit burner perfect for the winter months. The kicthen comes well equipped for home cooking and incudes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and access to an intrenal patio. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe. There are two standing fans for the bedrooms.

The bathroom has a tub with shower above, a wc, wash basin and heater.

The communal swimming pool is the perfect place to cool down and have fun in the sun and is located just a minutes walk away (80m). Here you can enjoy the large swimming pool, childrens splash pool and the terraces with gardens.

The main Gran Alacant shopping centres and bus stops are located around 10 minutes walk away where you a excellent array of restauarants, cafes and bars as well as shops and supermarkets.

The natural beach with its crystaline waters is around 40 minutes walk but onlyu a 5 minute drive away. The municipal bus has stops all around the Gran Alacant area and also at the beach.

Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
