There are seven attractive gated communities that make up Novamar that were built by the TM grupo. They are known for there good quality build and their location being very close to the beach. Within each community are a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom houses and apartments- The apartments are either ground floor with a garden or first floor with a balcony and frequently with a solarium. In Novamar III you can find examples of the inverted floor plan houses which has the slleping quarters on the lower level and the living space ont he highest level in order to maximize the views.

Each community has a communal garage underneath with parking spaces and closed garages. Each community has a large communal swimming pool with lush grass borders and mature trees including palms and topiary bushes. The communities benefit from the use of a tennis court and adjoining children's playground.

There are lots of amenities at a short distance walk at the Carabassi Strip including bars, restaurants, shops and a school. The beach is just 500m to 1000m walk depending on the community.

Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.

Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.

This property is offered as a winter rental, a seasonal let (alquiler de temporada) for an extended off-season stay, governed by the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU), Article 3.2, and applicable Comunidad Valenciana regulations.

By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees that:

1. The rental is granted for a temporary winter season stay and not to satisfy a permanent housing need; the property may not be used as a primary or habitual residence, nor registered ("empadronamiento") at this address.
2. The stay is agreed for a defined season and duration, outside the scope of tourist-rental legislation.
3. Utilities may be charged separately or by meter reading as set out in the booking; heating and consumption over an extended winter stay are the guest's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
4. The contractual regime is an arrendamiento para uso distinto de vivienda habitual, governed by the agreement between the parties and, subsidiarily, by the LAU and the Civil Code.
